A Companionship Buddy

A Companionship Buddy is a non - medical form of care providing senior citizens and adults of any age with care where needed.
The majority of my customers while capable of managing daily activities and living independently, benefit greatly from the presence of companionship care buddy.
My support helps to enhance quality of life by providing social interaction, emotional support, and assistance with tasks that may be challenging.

I offer a convenient and friendly service to make your shopping trip easier and I will accompany you to your local supermarket, assisting you down the aisles and helping you select the freshest produce and help you find the best deals and also carry your shopping, ensuring a stress free and enjoyable trip, taking you home and help pack your items away. I can assist you by providing transportation to your hospital appointment and ensure that you will arrive safely and on time. I am here to accommodate your needs with comfort and care, giving you peace of mind.

Helping with light household chores can make a significant difference in the daily lives of the elderly, helping them feel more comfortable and supported in their own home.

Social Interaction Within The Community

I help will help anyone with social interaction in the community by taking them out to local clubs, day centres, fitness classes, support groups helping them remain socially active and connected.

Helping prepare meals, snacks & Drinks

I can help make sure the the meals, snacks and drinks we prepare are not only nutritious but also enjoyable and suited to the needs of the individual.

Light mobility Exercise

When preparing for discharge from the hospital, it is important for you to continue your recovery at home. I can help with light excersises which will play a crucial roll in your process. I will help to improve your mobility, strength and over all well-being.

Emotional Support

I will provide emotional support by listening, encouraging social activities, offering reassurance and positivity, facilitating hobbies. By implementing these strategies, I can help ensure that the customer feels valued, supported and understood.

Accompany You To See Friends & Family

I can accompany you to go see friends and family, whether it's a coffee and chat or a special occasions, to make your experience memorable.

Medication Pick Up

If you are unable to collect your medication, don't worry I am here to help. I can arrange to collect your prescription and deliver to you door, ensuring you will never miss a dose.

Restpite

If you or a family member need some restpite, I amhere to assist you, giving you a chance to relax and rejuvenate. I can offer you personalised care that ensures peace of mind.
